Good job, Mary. You’re exactly right, lower E to upper E, and all the work on the E string….a rough song to perfect. Looks like your picking it up quickly! Have fun at the jam. Currently, I attend a jam once/month and lean on I/IV/V back-up chords mostly, till they “force me” to lead something.

Awesome video. You play in tune very well. You have excellent form. You are holding the bow correctly. You are well on your way. I see a little vibrato in there too. You have the foundation to be a very good fiddler.

Love this on the fiddle. I’m going to give you the same advice a fiddler recently gave me. “You got to play louder.” I am very timid with the fiddle but I’m trying to make big sound these days.
