I tried to log in to the zoom meeting on the twenty fifth of january but was unable to get in. I was late if that makes any difference… I’ve never done a zoom meeting. So i’m sort of clueyes to how to do them. I’m one of those older generation folk who didn’t grow up with technology.

Debbie, very enjoyable to hear you play this. Smooth and clear sounds, rhythm steady, and emphasizing notes on beat 1&3 sounds great! Changing string tuning is a challenge your taking on beautifully. Thanks for the inspiration 🎶

How do I play an E7 chord? The song I’m working on has A, D, A, E, A, E, A. Then E7 A, E, A, D…. I got them all but the E7

I am unsure of my membership status. Hiw do i find this out?

Hi Beth, great question. Under the support tab there is a page called ‘subscription questions’. If you look at the question on that page saying ‘how do I cancel or upgrade my subscription?’, that answer will show you how to look at your current subscription.

Beginner Group 2 years, 4 months agoHi everyone,
I’m relatively new to the fiddle and really delighted to finally get the chance to learn it. So I like to practise a good bit — trying to make up for the decades I missed out on, I suppose — but I’m really feeling it in the auld bones. I was wondering if any of you would like to share your tips on how you’re dealing with that?

The weight and reach of this 15″ student viola is my favorite. My FM masters viola is 15.5 and almost too much for me now but I love the deep rich sounds. The violin seems too small but definitely easier to hold on to. I am working with the violin a lot more recently, but my go to is the masters. Thanks for the feedback.

Love this, Steve. Nice work on the Viola, fun and interesting way to switch it up. Great playing and smooth hand position changes too. Your really in a good groove with this tune.
Do you notice much with the change in size/arm reach and weight of instrument compared to violin? I have yet to try a viola.
Awesome environment you choose to play in…[Read more] -

So nice to see this happening, and you organizing this group! I love playing in a group, and look forward to doing something similar again someday. You inspire Marg, what a beautiful group of musicians, a well balanced variety of instruments, and you blend great together 👍🏾 What an awesome spread of space to play in too! And the harmonies 💙
