Beautiful playing Sally, you have a nice rich tone there.
I think we would all agree that recording ourselves is confronting, but you did a great job. It’s so encouraging to know that there are others out there who are doing the same thing and we’re all learning and challenging ourselves together. 🙂

Thank you for sharing this. I love the music by Vasen and that nyckelharpa is such an interesting instrument.

I would love to hear your audio file. When I try to play it, or even download and play it, on my iPad I get no sound whatsoever and an error message accompanying the file.

Patty, that was really good. I loved the second string crossing to the lower octave; sounded so cool. A good flow throughout! A special song, I think.

I think you’ll enjoy playing it Kate. I found the form a bit tricky at 1st, it’s unsual, but it really hooked me in and I just couldn’t stop playing it. I learnt it from Jason’s Breton Gavotte lesson, then he did a practice journey on the same tune a couple of days ago that took it even further. It was fantastic!! Enjoy your own journey with this tune.
