Love this on the fiddle. I’m going to give you the same advice a fiddler recently gave me. “You got to play louder.” I am very timid with the fiddle but I’m trying to make big sound these days.

Here’s an old-time tune called “Big-eyed Rabbit.” It’s in the Round Peak tradition of Tommy Jarrell. It was filmed by a pond in Kenneth Hahn Park in Los Angeles. The only thing missing was the smell of duck poop 🦆 💩

Good to hear that. I sometimes worry that these “15 ways to play a tune” lessons make people less focused…
