I LOVE this. I just downloaded the GarageBand app for my phone and hoping to find some good YouTube vids on how to use the darn thing. Real leary about downloading the PC version. Does anyone have any insight on that version?

I use a free version of Garageband. I don’t think I use it to it’s full potential as it seems very complicated. I found some great tutorials on YouTube which just show how to record your voice and an instrument. I can’t remember who the tutorials were by now but there’s a whole series of them by the same guys each one lasts 2-3 minutes and…

GarageBand Creations 3 years, 3 months agoThis is a recording i did last year of Swallowtail Jig. I played the main part, a harmony variation and bass fiddle part as detailed on Jason's Duets Lessons plus I then added another 2 tracks of back up chords so there's 5 of me in total!

Thanks for sharing Margaret. Yes it’s quite fast. I tried to thumb strum it with fiddle in guitar position and that helped at bit. Way to try it tho, and yes, other folks have expressed similar.
