I also heard one teacher say to aim for the back of the left foot. Right now you have an extra motion to tense the wrist and bend it.  It&#8217;s all part of the learning process.  Keep the wrist relaxed and you are there!!</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Look at you.  Very organized and documenting your goals.  Bowing looks pretty good to me.  Do some very slow long strokes from frog to tip and see what happens.  As you get all the way to the frog it will force your wrist to bend in order for the bow to stay perpendicular to the strings.
